Cancellation Policies

Things change, we know! That's why we try to accommodate our customers by offering a flexible cancellation policy:

• For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, we will refund the full amount.
• For cancellations between the 14th and 7th day before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund.
• If you have less than 7 days left until arrival, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.

If you fail to show up without notifying us (No Show), the full amount of your stay will be charged and no refund will be possible.

Any cancellations due to force majeure (health emergencies, natural disasters, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis: we are always available to find the best solution!
